4Head is a global Twitch emote featuring the face of League of Legends streamer Cadburry. It was added to Twitch in December 2012.

Because the smile looks kinda douchy, it’s used sarcastically. The emote is used to express laughter in response to a joke or idiotic comment, or to mark one's own message with sarcasm to indicate that a comment or joke was not funny.

It can be used when someone makes a really lame pun, but it’s most often used when someone gives advice that’s completely useless.
