This means one of the following:

The user has not logged into Stream Database yet. If this is you, click "Log In with Twitch" on the bottom left. If you're on mobile, click the top left menu button first.

The user has opted out of being shown in the leaderboard. They would need to go to their dashboard to opt back in.
